Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Dropafeed platform.
Acceptance Of Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Dropafeed website, dashboard, hosted forms, embedded widgets, APIs, billing flows, and related services. By using Dropafeed, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
If you are using Dropafeed for a company, agency, or client, you are responsible for making sure you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Service Description
Dropafeed is a software service for collecting and reviewing feedback across websites through hosted forms, embedded widgets, dashboard analytics, and related export and billing features.
We may change, improve, or remove parts of the service over time. We do not promise that every feature or integration will remain available forever.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in a way that threatens the security or reliability of the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Dropafeed to collect unlawful content, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, bypass billing or access controls, probe for unauthorized access, or submit malicious traffic through the widget or hosted submission paths.
You are responsible for the content you collect and for making sure your own use of Dropafeed complies with applicable law, contractual obligations, and any notices or consents required for your end users.
Billing
Paid access, billing state, subscription lifecycle, and customer self-service management may be handled through third-party billing providers. If your paid access ends, Dropafeed may restrict hosted submissions, embedded widget traffic, and related account capabilities according to the current billing state.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly approve an exception.
Customer Data
You retain responsibility for the data you submit to or collect through Dropafeed, including feedback content, website configuration, and any personal data included in responses.
You grant Dropafeed the limited rights needed to host, process, store, transmit, and display that data solely to provide and secure the service.
Availability And Disclaimers
Dropafeed is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We aim for a reliable product, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect security, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dropafeed and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.
If we are found liable for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Dropafeed during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Dropafeed at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay required fees, or create security, legal, or operational risk for the service.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including billing obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product and business evolve. When changes are material, we will update the effective date on this page and publish the revised Terms here.
